In my own words.

I am Utkarsh Alwin Paschal, a part-time associate of Nelcrilson Computational Research & Intelligence Labs, where I advise on finance, legal matters and marketing.

I am a Business Manager for Global Private Banking and Wealth at HSBC, where I am responsible for the operational oversight and financial integrity of high-value global portfolios. My work covers workforce planning, budget governance and real-time cost dashboards, with a focus on keeping spending transparent.

Before this role I ran programme management for HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking change portfolio, and I began my career as an analyst at American Express. At Nelcrilson I advise on budgeting, project costing, contracts and compliance, and how we take our products to market.
